Jeff Goodall has been with VMware for 15 years and has contributed to VMware's Palo Alto campus build, company culture, and of course the VMware Turtles. He started as a Facilities Technician managing the Deer Creek office, other leased sites, and employee programs. After 8 years in that department, he transferred to the Global Meetings and Events team where he currently manages many of the company's employee programs.

Nicola is director of sustainability innovation at VMware where she collaborates with teams across the company with the goal of helping customers reduce the cloud infrastructure needed to run their data center workloads. This results in less energy use, carbon emissions and electronic waste, enabling VMware to have global-scale sustainability impact through aggregation across our worldwide customer base. Her role is the culmination of a 25-year career in high-tech industry (Akamai Technologies, TRW, Air Products & Chemicals) and academic training in engineering (Chemical Engineering/Computer Science Manhattan College) and environmental engineering science (PhD Caltech) that has evolved her belief that we can make the fastest progress addressing the world’s most urgent sustainability issues when sustainability and business value are aligned.

Prior to VMware, Nicola worked at Akamai Technologies in various positions including senior product manager, principal solutions engineer and senior director of environmental sustainability.

Sean is a Staff Technical Account Manager and CTO Ambassador who has been with VMware for over six years. His main technical focus is VMware Cloud on AWS and Modern Application solutions. Prior to joining VMware, Sean worked as a Systems Engineer for a large state agency. He also spent seven years as an independent IT consultant migrating customer's bare metal infrastructure to VMware's virtualization platform leveraging vSphere and Horizon.
